Through the Portal, you can request LN4 hands online, meet other Ambassadors in your area, & get support on how to host a hand fitting event! See the instructions below to SIGN UP TODAY!
STEPS TO SIGN UP:
1. Register to use Sports Engine (a free platform that hosts the LN4 Ambassador Portal): https://user.sportngin.com/users/sign_in
2. Once you have created a Sports Engine account, go to https://www.ln4hand.org/home to access the LN4 Ambassador Portal homepage. On this homepage, you will select either "Register as a New or Existing Ambassador" or "Register as an Ambassador Organization" if you are representing an organization instead of yourself personally.
3. Complete the LN4 Ambassador Registration Form.
4. You have now registered! You will receive an email confirmation of your completed registration.
What does an Ambassador do?
Ambassadors are dedicated individuals who help us by finding recipients for our prosthetic hands, connecting us with global organizations and/or fitting hands on recipients around the globe.
Find Recipients
Be our Ambassador by using your existing networks and resources to find recipients and provide Ambassadors to help fit hands.
Fit Hands
You and your group conduct a hand-fitting event from start to finish. Let us guide you in the process, while you partner with local organizations to create a hand-fitting event, train local community leaders in the fitting process to provide continuity, and find recipients for hands to fit.
Help Us Grow
Connect us with a new organization. Help us by connecting us with organizations that can aid us in our efforts. You can also make a financial contribution to help us grow.
