LN-4 Ambassadors

Quarterly Seminars for all who are interested in delivering and fitting LN-4 hands...

(We held our latest LN-4 Ambassador Seminar yesterday, November 19, 2011. 20 people attended, and we had a great time...we always do! Many projects develping, many results to discuss)

The full agenda for these seminars is simple, and the focus rotates at each meeting...in July we focused extra time on the details of fitting hands, and in the November we spent more time reporting delivery results and building new projects. All agenda items are covered and special requested are addressed as needed in the afternoon... for example, added time is available to practice fitting detail, also we need to develop some design detail for a web page or brochure. These may become committee break out sessions in the future as we continue our seminars.

1. opening comments and meeting objectives (10 min)

2. Remarks from the Foundation President, Michael Mendonca (20 min)

3. Introduction of attendees, including reports of hands delivered, projects completed, trips planned, and status of new projects. (90 minutes)

(break for lunch)

4. Discussion and Questions - starting and building projects (30 min)

5. LN-4 Ambassador outreach (45 min)
- LN-4.org, newsletters, Rotarians Magazine, LN-4 Speakers Bureau, meetings, conferences, Traveling Ambassadors, LN-4 Ambassador kits, site survey trips, special projects

6. LN-4 Hand Fitting instruction and practice(15 min or as needed later)
